Phase III: The Collaborator

Who is the Collaborator?

Weeks 5-6

During Phase III, students are ready to expand into larger groups and complete a larger scale project. The small teams consisting of 4-5 people become a support group for one another. These teams are best created by combining previous dyads. If the dyad pairings did not work well together previously, the instructor may wish to create new teams. It is important to remember that individuals should be accountable for their contributions.
